When you inject harmful things into your body, it does the body harm. Seems like a simple concept. Yet, we continue to inject hate, jealousy, anger, insecurity, revenge into our bodies and most of the time we do it unconsciously. These injections are harmful as well especially over time.
If we are filling our capacity with lower energy vibrations and frequencies, we have no capacity or limited capacity for higher vibrations and frequencies.
In this episode, I share the lesson that was taught to my second graders and it still applies today.
The reason I know it applies today is because of a response I received on a comment I made to a post about 'the injecting disinfectant briefing'.
After I was finished recording this episode, I had to come back and add an additional part.
