What does a balanced life look like?
Does it have to be equal for you in every part of your life?
Can it be imperfect?
How clear are you on what a balanced life looks like for your life?
In this episode, we are going to dive into defining balance and then taking it even a bit deeper. We certainly do not want to live in the land of limitations. However, unconsciously we can fight for those limitations and patterns when trying to create a more balanced life.
At times we may even want to get rid of the unbalanced situations permanently. However we have so much to learn from the duality of it and we wouldn't be able to completely evolve and expand without it.
